In 2010 I began to Start Seeing Results at Weight Loss. I was 34 Years Old, 67 inches tall, and 254 pounds wide. I was Long Past Due to Lose Weight. This is My Story.

You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be. ~ David Viscott.

I'm a Loser

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there. ~ Unknown.

Not everyone has what it takes to Lose Weight Easily. I know I don't because I have been trying to Lose Weight for the last seven years. Nothing I did would slim my waist-line. Nothing I did would reduce my pant size.

I knew I would have to Work Hard to Lose Weight, and it was this realization that allowed me to Decide to Make a Change. It was this realization that allowed me to be a Loser. Not the Loser you may be thinking of, but instead the Loser that I wanted to be. A Loser who Worked Hard to Lose Weight Everyday.

One thing I knew was that I saw hundreds of people around me eating whatever they wanted and still they remained trim, or at the very least, height-weight proportionate. And I realized that these same people were also much more active than I had ever been. So I Changed My Diet and Added Exercise to my Daily Routine. And I began to Lose Weight and began to Feel Really Good About Myself.

Losing Weight is Fun!

In addition to Losing Weight, I began to learn that Being Active was actually a Lot More Fun than sitting around playing video games or surfing the Internet. Now don't get me wrong, I still spend a lot of time on the Internet and spend most of the day at a desk in front of a computer, but now I enjoy Going Outside and Taking Long Walks. I bet I've walked more in the past 16 weeks than I had in the past 6 years. And I feel so much better for it, I can breathe easier and the spring is back in my step!
